## What does Reclaim AI actually do?

Reclaim watches your calendar and your task list, then automatically slots in time for deep work, meetings, and breaks so your day does not get eaten by back-to-back calls. It is a smart scheduling layer, not a worker. Sistava skips the scheduling-layer problem and hires the worker directly: an AI employee with a role, memory, and its own schedule that gets the actual task done, not just a calendar slot reserved for you to do it.

## Which one fits your situation?

Ask what your actual bottleneck is.
