# Turn channels on or off

## Details

Not every workspace wants every channel open. You can now switch Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other non-core channel on or off, either from the settings screen or by simply telling your Employee to switch it. Core channels like chat stay on since every workspace needs them; everything else is yours to control.

## What changed

- Toggle any non-core channel on or off per workspace
- Control channels from the settings screen or by asking your Employee directly
- Core channels like chat remain always available
