## Details

Duties are standing instructions that employees follow in every interaction. Unlike skills (which are for specific tasks), duties run continuously. Set a duty like "always respond in formal English" or "never share pricing without approval" and it applies to everything the employee does. Assign multiple duties and they all stack.
