# Employee Status Emails No Longer Use Your Sending Allowance

## Details

Employee updates, approval requests, and onboarding nudges still arrive from the employee who did the work and remain replyable. They no longer use your work-email allowance or credits. Customer-directed outreach and replies continue to be counted, protected, and shown separately.

## What changed

- Keep employee identity and reply threads
- Exclude platform status mail from customer limits and credits
- Continue metering customer-directed email only
