When an employee has something to share, ask, or escalate they ring the in-app bell instantly, every update, no throttle. If you don't see it within 30 minutes, the same message lands in your email, formatted as a personal note from that employee, with a one-click link back to the chat. Open the chat in time and the email never fires. A 6h gap per employee plus tight global caps (2/hour, 4/day across all email types) keep your inbox quiet even with chatty employees.

- Bell rings instantly via WebSocket on every update, unthrottled
- Email fires only if the bell is still unread after 30 min
- At most one email per user per 6 hours per type
- Global ceiling: 2 emails per hour, 4 per 24h across the platform
- Reads like a personal note, no logo, no chrome, lands in Primary
- Reply link drops you into the same chat thread
