Your employees are now accessible as MCP tool servers. Connect Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, or any MCP-compatible client and your AI employees show up as tools you can invoke. Ask Claude to delegate a research task to your Marketing Specialist, or have Cursor send a code review to your Engineering Lead. The MCP server handles authentication, context passing, and response formatting.
