Every hire ships with their own inbox at your-tenant.mail.sista.ai. Send them a task, CC them on a customer thread to bring them in, they answer right away from their own address, like a real coworker on your domain. Different from the existing Email Webhook channel: there you connect your own SendGrid / Mailgun. With Mailbox, we host the inbox end-to-end, no setup.
