Your team leader can now hold onto a few personal preferences about you: your nickname, your work schedule, and how you like replies written, whether that's short bullets or full paragraphs. Just say it in chat and it sticks, no settings form required. Every Employee on your team then opens with your name and shapes their replies to match, and your team leader plans work around the hours you're actually online.
