Bring your AI employee into the Slack workspace your team already lives in. Connect Slack from Communications, pick which employee answers, and the bot is live. Mentions in any channel and direct messages reach the employee, and replies land in the same Slack thread so conversations stay readable. Memory is shared with web chat, so the employee remembers what you discussed anywhere when you message them on Slack.
