The team leader now drives planning end to end before any specialist work starts, the board maps tasks to OKRs and KPIs without manual linking, and mid-sprint checks compare progress against the goal instead of just counting cards. Underneath, the planning capabilities got deeper so todo-driven execution feels closer to how a real team operates a sprint.
