## Details

Teams now plan around real outcomes, not just tasks. Define an OKR or KPI on a team, and every sprint inherits the targets. Each member sees what they need to move, picks tasks that contribute, and reports back with concrete numbers. Sprint reviews now grade against the targets, so progress is no longer 'we shipped things' but 'we moved the metric from X to Y'. Leaders coordinate the team toward the targets without babysitting individual tasks.
