## Details

After a month watching real users land on V1, we shipped a full second pass on the parts that slowed people down. Onboarding is redesigned around a clearer activation flow. Every account now starts with a personal assistant already assigned, so there is always someone to talk to before you decide who else to hire. The legacy employees were redrawn from scratch with cleaner roles and prompts. Sprint workflows and the planning layer got deeper so teams chase real outcomes instead of busy tasks. Every V1 account migrated cleanly with full data preserved.
