Granting access used to happen in a different tab, and your employee had no way of knowing it went through. You came back to a conversation frozen exactly where you left it, and had to type 'done' before anything moved. Now the moment the app goes live your employee knows and carries on with whatever they needed it for. It works the same wherever you finish the connection, and the same goes the other way: if access is removed or quietly stops working, your employee notices, tells you what it blocks, and stops planning around a door that is locked.
