# Affiliate Program Promote Sistava to your audience and earn 30% recurring commission on everything a referred customer pays, for as long as they stay subscribed. Apply with your email and where you plan to promote, get reviewed, and once approved you receive a personal referral link and dashboard to track clicks, signups, and payouts. There is no cost to join and no cap on what you can earn. The Affiliate Program lets creators, educators, agency owners, and community builders earn money by recommending Sistava to their audience. Anyone with a channel, newsletter, client base, or community can apply for free, and every application is reviewed individually before approval. The commission is 30% of the net revenue a referred customer pays, for as long as they keep paying. That covers plan payments and paid credit top-ups; free, promo, and bonus credits do not count because they generate no revenue to share. Attribution runs through a unique referral link locked in at signup, so there is no retroactive claiming after the fact. That 30% is calculated on margin, not on the sticker price of the plan. Sistava's revenue is mostly usage credits with a real, variable AI cost behind them, so a commission on raw revenue could go underwater on a heavy user; a commission on margin cannot. It also sits a step below the reseller tier, which pays 40% tapering to a 30% floor: the reseller funds ads, manages client accounts, and gets a dashboard and priority support, while the affiliate does one thing, share a link, and gets a lighter surface in return. Applying today puts an applicant on the affiliate waitlist rather than into a live self-serve dashboard: the referral-link and promo-code attribution already runs (it is the same engine that tracks the reseller program), but the tracking and payout view an affiliate would log into is still being built. Approved applicants are contacted individually as that surface goes live, which is also why payouts are described as monthly via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer rather than shown running today. ## Who it is for The program is built for anyone who reaches a business audience: YouTubers and video creators making reviews and demos, bloggers and newsletter writers covering AI and productivity, agency owners recommending tools to clients, educators and course creators teaching automation, community builders running a Discord or Slack group, and social media influencers posting about AI tools. It does not require a minimum audience size. The application is reviewed on fit, not follower count, so a small newsletter with an engaged, relevant readership can be approved alongside a larger channel. ## What counts as a commissionable payment Commission applies to plan subscription payments and paid credit top-ups made by a referred customer. It does not apply to free credits, promotional credits, or bonus credits, since those generate no revenue for Sistava to share in the first place. Because the rate is calculated on net revenue after direct costs, the number an affiliate sees reflects real, sustainable margin rather than a headline percentage of list price that would not hold up over time. ## Affiliate versus the Partner program Affiliate and Partner run on the same underlying engine, one flag on the same record marks which tier a referrer sits in, but the two are built for different people. Affiliate is the link-only tier: apply, get a referral link, share it, get paid. There is no client dashboard, no account management access, and no priority support line, because there is no implementation work behind the referral. The Partner (reseller) tier is for agencies that go further: they set up and manage the AI employees on the client's behalf, get a co-branded page, a management dashboard, and priority support, and negotiate a rate individually rather than at the flat affiliate 30%. A creator who only wants to point an audience at Sistava belongs on Affiliate; an agency that wants to run the account for a client belongs on Partner. ## How It Works **Apply, get a link, promote, get paid** An applicant fills out the affiliate application with their name, the site or channel they will promote from, and any context on their audience. The Sistava team reviews every application individually rather than auto-approving, checking that the applicant's audience or content strategy fits the product. Once approved, the affiliate receives a unique referral link plus access to a dashboard for tracking clicks, signups, conversions, and payouts. Every signup that comes through the link is attributed to that affiliate and starts accruing commission on that customer's payments from day one. Commission is calculated on net revenue after direct costs are removed, which is why the rate is a flat 30% rather than a percentage of list price. There is no cap on total earnings and no limit on how many customers one affiliate can refer. ## Use Cases ### YouTuber reviewing AI tools A creator records a walkthrough of hiring and running an AI employee, links their affiliate URL in the description, and earns 30% recurring commission on every viewer who signs up and subscribes through that link. ### Agency owner recommending Sistava to clients An agency that already advises clients on tooling adds Sistava to its recommendations, earning ongoing commission on every client that adopts it while continuing to bill for its own implementation work separately. ### Newsletter writer covering productivity and AI A newsletter writer includes their affiliate link in a piece about automating solo-founder workflows, then tracks clicks and conversions from that specific issue in their affiliate dashboard to see which content actually converts. ### Choosing Affiliate over Partner A solo consultant who wants to recommend Sistava to their audience but has no interest in managing client accounts applies for Affiliate instead of Partner, keeping the relationship to a single link and a monthly payout rather than ongoing account work. ## FAQ ### How much does it cost to join the Affiliate Program? Nothing. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no minimum referral volume required to stay in the program. ### How long do I keep earning commission on a referral? For as long as the customer you referred keeps paying, with no cap and no expiry. It is not a one-time bounty. If they stay subscribed for years, the commission keeps paying out every month for years. ### How and when do I get paid? Payouts run monthly, and you choose how you want to receive them: PayPal, Wise, or a direct bank transfer. ### Is every applicant approved automatically? No. Every application is reviewed individually to check that the applicant's audience or content strategy is a reasonable fit for Sistava before approval. There is no fixed audience-size minimum. ### What happens if someone signs up without using my link? Attribution is based on your unique referral link locked in at signup. Sistava does not honor retroactive claims for signups that did not come through your tracked link. ### Is the affiliate dashboard live right now? Not yet. Applying places you on the affiliate waitlist; the referral-link tracking already runs behind the scenes, but the self-serve dashboard for watching clicks and payouts is still being built. Approved affiliates are contacted individually as that goes live. ### What is the difference between the Affiliate Program and the Partner program? Affiliate is for sharing a link: no client work, no account access, a flat 30% recurring rate. Partner (reseller) is for agencies that set up and manage the AI employees for their own clients, and get a dashboard, a co-branded page, and priority support in exchange for a rate negotiated per deal. ## Where Affiliate Program fits Affiliate Program is part of How you run the account itself. Sign in the way your company already does, decide who can do what, and keep the money side legible. Credits, plans, invoices, referrals, and the controls that decide who reaches which part of the workspace. - [How you run the account itself](/en/features/account): Your workspace, your money, your people. ## Read the guide - [Guide: Affiliate Program](/en/guide/company/policies) ## More in Account & Billing - [Monthly Credits](/en/features/account/monthly_credits): Every paid plan comes with a pool of credits that refills automatically at the start of each billing period. Credits are the single unit that pays for everything your AI employees do: thinking, tool calls, media generation, voice, and meetings. There is nothing to top up manually each month; your allowance is just there again when the new period starts. - [Lifetime Credits (Free)](/en/features/account/lifetime_credits_free): Pick the Free plan and your workspace gets 2,000 credits in one grant, no card required. Those credits never reset and never expire; you spend them at your own pace across chat, tools, and media generation until they run out. It is a one-time bucket, not a monthly allowance, so it is meant for trying the platform before you commit to a paid plan. - [Buy Credits](/en/features/account/credit_packs): Add credits to your workspace balance any time, on any plan, without changing your subscription. Pick from three one-time packs, pay by card through Stripe, and the credits land in your balance as soon as the payment clears. - [Upgrade & Downgrade](/en/features/account/plan_upgrade_downgrade): Move to a bigger plan the moment you need more credits or a higher employee cap, and the change takes effect immediately. Move to a smaller plan when you need less, and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep what you already paid for. Both happen from Settings, Subscription, no support ticket required. - [Promo Codes](/en/features/account/promo_codes): Redeem a promotional code for a one-time, lifetime grant of bonus credits on top of your plan's monthly allowance. Enter a code at signup or any time afterward from Settings, Subscription, Get Free Credits. Each grant shows up in your Credit Grants history with its source, date, and amount, and one code can be redeemed once per workspace. - [Referrals](/en/features/account/referral_program): Share your personal referral link or invite someone by email, and you both get 1,000 free credits the moment they sign up. Track every invite from a dedicated Earn Credits page, and keep earning until you hit the 10-referral cap. - [Data Retention](/en/features/account/data_retention): Sistava deletes operational data on a fixed schedule instead of keeping it forever by default. A cleanup job runs every day and removes rows past their retention window: short-lived debug data within a week or two, working memory after 30 days of inactivity, and usage and activity history after two years. Chat messages, documents your employees write, and persistent notes are kept indefinitely unless you delete them yourself. There is no setting to change these windows; they apply the same way to every workspace. - [Google Sign-In](/en/features/account/oauth_google): Sign in to Sistava with your Google account instead of creating a separate password. Choose Sign up with Google on the signup page and your workspace is ready after one approval, with your name and photo carried over automatically from Google. Because Google has already confirmed your email address, there is no verification email to chase before your AI employees can start working. - [Microsoft Sign-In](/en/features/account/oauth_microsoft): Sign up or sign in with your Microsoft account instead of creating a password. Sistava reads your Microsoft account's name, email, and profile photo to set up your account, and your Profile page shows Microsoft as your connected sign-in method. Because Microsoft has already confirmed the address belongs to you, the account counts as verified from the start and your employees can begin working straight away. Google sign-in and an ordinary email and password are the other two ways in. - [Workspace Roles](/en/features/account/tenant_roles): Every workspace you create has an Owner, Admin, and Collaborator role, each with a fixed set of permissions over billing, the collaborator roster, and resource access. Owners can grant a non-owner collaborator extra access, or take some away, without changing their overall role. A Roles page shows your own effective access and the full permission matrix so nobody has to guess what they can do. - [User Profile Picture](/en/features/account/user_profile_avatar): Upload a photo for your account so your teammates and AI employees see a real picture of you instead of initials. It shows up in chat, comments, and the collaborator list across every workspace you belong to. If you signed up with Google or Microsoft, your picture is pulled in automatically the first time you sign in, and you can replace it any time. - [Two-Factor Authentication](/en/features/account/two_factor_auth): Add a second sign-in step to your Sistava account using any TOTP authenticator app, like Google Authenticator or Authy. Once enabled, a code from your app is required in addition to your password, so a leaked or guessed password alone is not enough to get in. Turning it on immediately signs out every other active session, so a session created before you enabled it cannot be used to bypass it. ## Explore - [Every feature](/en/features) - [Hire an AI employee](/en/market) - [Pricing](/en/pricing)
