# Export Your Data

Take your work with you. Download conversations, activity, tasks, and Drive files, in formats you can open anywhere.

## TL;DR

Every major area (Chat, Activity, Tasks, Drive, team and company conversations) has its own export, reached from the **⋮** menu on that page. Formats vary by area: some give you a choice of Markdown, CSV, or JSON; Drive gives you a ZIP archive. There is no single button that exports your whole account yet. Until there is, email us and we will pull a complete copy for you.

## What You Can Export

Each area exports only its own data. Pick the area, then the format.

Inside the Activity tab, opening a single execution's inspector adds one more export: a **Copy All / Export** pair in its header that downloads that execution's full detail (steps, prompt, tool inputs and outputs) as Markdown.

## How to Export

1. Open the area you want: a chat, the Activity tab, the Tasks tab, a Drive tab, or an execution in the inspector
2. Click the **⋮** (more actions) menu near the top of the page
3. Choose **Export**, then a format if the area offers more than one
4. The file downloads to your device right away

The download is built in your browser. Nothing leaves until you click, and the file is yours.

## Full Account Export

A single export that packages your **entire** account, every employee, conversation, task, and file, into one download is **coming soon**.

Until then, email **privacy@sista.ai** and we will prepare a complete account-wide export for you. This is also how you exercise your data-portability rights under privacy law.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Q: Where is the Export option?**
A: In the **⋮** menu near the top of the page whose data you want. Chat, Activity, Tasks, Drive, and each conversations view have their own Export entry. There is not yet a single place to export everything at once.

**Q: What formats can I download?**
A: It depends on the area. Chat, Activity, and Tasks offer Markdown and either JSON or CSV and JSON. Team and Company conversations export as Markdown only. Drive downloads as a ZIP archive of the actual files.

**Q: Can I export everything in my account in one click?**
A: Not yet. A full account export is coming soon. Until then, export area by area, or email privacy@sista.ai for a complete dump.

**Q: Does exporting send my data anywhere?**
A: No. The file is built in your browser and downloaded straight to your device. Nothing is sent to a third party.

**Q: How do I get a full copy of my data for a privacy request?**
A: Email privacy@sista.ai. We will prepare a complete account-wide export for you while the self-serve version is being finished.
