What Sistava is
Sistava lets you hire AI employees to run your sales, marketing, support, finance, and legal work, inside the apps you already use. No interface to learn, no settings, no workflow builder, no code. You just talk to them. Alice is your always-on personal assistant and default first hire. She handles your calendar, inbox, meetings, and daily admin, and brings in a specialist whenever the work needs depth. Behind her sits a roster of ten named domain experts across sales, marketing, support, finance, HR, legal, operations, product, design, and data, plus Custom AI Talent for any role outside those ten.
Trust and accountability
Sistava is not a side project or a thin wrapper around someone else's API. It is operated by a registered legal entity in the Netherlands, carries active business liability insurance (5,000,000 EUR aggregate cover, AVB policy underwritten in the Netherlands), and ships with the legal, security, and compliance posture a serious B2B platform is expected to have: GDPR, EU AI Act, and CCPA alignment with public documentation, TLS in transit, encryption at rest, and per-tenant isolation.
Mission
Empower founders to run their companies on autopilot. Sistava clears all three, so one person can begin today. You hire AI employees that do the actual work, at a price one person can afford. Why we built this
We build this for people, not instead of them. From founder Mahmoud Zalt: I am a human. I am not trying to replace humans, and I could not if I wanted to. Nothing here comes close to a person's judgment, their taste, or the responsibility they are willing to carry. What AI is genuinely good at is the boring half of the job: the admin, the chasing, the copying between tools, the third follow-up of the day. If you have a team, I want their day spent on the work only people can do, not on the part that was draining them. If you are on your own and cannot hire anyone yet, I want you to be able to start anyway. That is also why this is an open platform and not a single-purpose tool: we do not decide for you what your business should hand over, we give you capable AI employees and a framework you can point at anything. If we give you back one hour of your day, we have done our job. Time is worth more than money.
How it works
Hire from a roster, not a config screen. Pick from pre-built AI employees ready on day one: personal assistants, executive assistants, sales reps, support agents, content writers. Each comes with the skills, duties, and tool access for the role. You can hire one or build a full team.

Founder
Sistava is built and operated by one person: Mahmoud Zalt, solo founder with 16+ years building products.
