Affiliate Program Agreement
The terms that apply to accepted Sistava affiliates. Applications remain individually reviewed and the program is not a promise of automatic acceptance or payment.
Commission and eligible activity
The baseline commission is 30% of positive verified contribution margin on eligible subscription payments and paid credit top-ups. Trials, free and promotional credits, refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, fraud, and zero or negative-margin activity do not earn commission.
90-day first-touch referral window
With analytics-cookie consent, the first valid affiliate or partner promo is remembered for 90 days. Attribution locks at signup and cannot be reassigned later. Direct code entry works at signup, but claims cannot be made retroactively.
Payouts and promotion rules
Affiliates request payment only for released eligible earnings. Sistava reviews every request and manually approves payment. Affiliates must disclose their commission relationship, make accurate claims, avoid spam and misleading advertising, and must not bid on Sistava brand keywords in paid search.
