Tofu
Agentic demand generation and always-on campaigns inside an existing GTM stack
About Tofu
Tofu is agentic demand generation for B2B growth teams: always-on campaigns that run inside your existing GTM stack rather than replacing it, personalised at scale across outbound, lead nurture, event follow-up, sales acceleration, re-engagement and expansion. It integrates natively with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo and Outreach, and counts Wunderkind, RingCentral, Fastly and Replicant as customers. Sistava targets the company that does not have that stack yet and needs the function itself.

What is Tofu?
Tofu describes itself as Agentic GTM That Builds Pipeline, and the important word in its own copy is inside: automate your always-on campaigns inside your existing GTM stack. It is explicitly not asking you to migrate. It covers six campaign types: outbound, lead nurture, event follow-up, sales acceleration, re-engagement and expansion. Each runs continuously and personalises at scale rather than firing as a one-off blast. The customer list, Wunderkind, RingCentral, Fastly, Replicant, tells you the segment: mid-to-large B2B SaaS with a real marketing ops function and a stack worth preserving.
The stack assumption
Tofu is built on an assumption that is true for its buyers and false for ours: that you already have Salesforce or HubSpot, a marketing automation platform, a sequencer, and clean data flowing between them. When that assumption holds, layering agentic campaigns on top is smart. You keep the investment, the reporting and the compliance work already done, and add execution capacity. When it does not hold, and for most founders it does not, the tool has nothing to stand on. Sistava assumes the opposite starting point: no stack, no ops team, and a need for the function itself.
What to ask Tofu on the demo
Pricing, first, since it is not published. Ask for the real annual number at your contact volume and campaign count, and whether it scales on contacts, seats or campaigns. Then ask what happens to campaign logic if you change CRM later, and how much of the personalisation depends on data hygiene you would have to fix first. Agentic campaigns on messy data produce confident nonsense at scale. Finally, ask what a human still has to do weekly. That answer tells you whether you are buying capacity or a better interface to work you were already doing.
