Qualified

AI SDR ("Piper") for pipeline generation, built to sit on top of Salesforce and website visitor data

About Qualified

Qualified built its business on website visitor identification for Salesforce customers, then layered Piper, an AI SDR that qualifies inbound visitors, chats with them, and books meetings. Piper is genuinely strong at one job: converting website traffic that is already Salesforce-tracked into booked calls. The catch is the dependency chain. Piper only works meaningfully once you already run Salesforce and pay for the Salesforce stack underneath it, which is why total cost of ownership estimates run well past the sticker price. Sistava has no such prerequisite. An AI SDR Employee works from day one on a flat plan, with no CRM to buy first.

What does Qualified actually do?

Qualified is built for companies that already have meaningful website traffic and a Salesforce instance tracking it. Piper watches visitors in real time, scores intent against CRM data, and starts a chat with the ones worth talking to, aiming to convert anonymous browsing into a booked meeting before the visitor leaves the page. That is a well-scoped, well-executed job. It is also a narrow one: Piper does not prospect cold accounts, does not run outbound sequences, and does not do anything outside the Salesforce-plus-website loop it was built around. Sistava's AI SDR Employee is broader but shallower on that one specific inbound-conversion motion.
