Coworker AI

Enterprise AI teammate built on a company-wide context graph

About Coworker AI

Coworker AI builds what it calls a context graph: a model of how your company actually works, assembled from 50+ connected business tools with read and write access. On top of that sits an agent that researches, plans and executes multi-step work, routing between open and closed models per task. Sistava overlaps on autonomous execution but organises it as a workforce: many employees, each with a role, a persona, its own memory and a schedule, under a leader who assigns and reviews.

What is Coworker AI?

Coworker AI is an enterprise agent that starts by learning your company rather than your prompt. It connects to 50+ business tools and builds a context graph, a structured model of the people, projects, documents and decisions inside the organisation, then answers and acts against that. The pitch is leverage on the same spend: route each task to the right model, ground it in real company context, and get more done per dollar than a generic assistant that has to be re-explained every session. It ships with pre-built agents for sales, engineering, customer success, finance, HR and operations, plus artifact generation and code execution. The infrastructure story is deliberate: US-hosted, SOC 2, GDPR and CASA. That combination is aimed at security teams who will not let a general chat tool near internal systems.

How does Coworker AI compare on price and buyer?

Coworker starts around $30 per user per month with everything included, which is competitive against Microsoft 365 Copilot at the same price and cheaper than most enterprise agent platforms once add-ons are counted. The catch is that it is a per-seat enterprise motion, so the real cost scales with headcount. That is a different buyer from ours. Sistava is bought by a founder or a small team who wants output, not seats, and the pricing reflects that: a free tier to start, then flat monthly plans that do not multiply by how many humans look at the screen. Both models are defensible. If you have 200 employees who all need grounded answers, per-seat is honest pricing. If you have three people and want the work of thirty, per-seat is the wrong shape.

Where does Coworker AI fit best?

Coworker is strongest in a company where knowledge is the bottleneck. When the answer exists somewhere across Slack, Drive, Jira, the CRM and six wikis, and nobody can find it, a context graph is genuinely the right primitive. It is weaker as a workforce. There is no leader assigning work to specialists, no sprint that opens and closes, no per-employee memory that makes an SDR remember its own outreach history separately from what support knows. Sistava is the better fit when you want named roles doing recurring work on a schedule with an audit trail. Coworker is the better fit when you want one very well-informed agent that any employee can ask anything.
