Agent Self-Scheduling

Details

Employees can now set their own triggers. When they identify recurring work patterns, they create schedules autonomously. A marketing employee might schedule daily social media monitoring. A sales employee might set up weekly pipeline reviews. You approve or modify these self-created schedules from the Schedule tab.
