Ask for Your Data, or Ask Us to Delete It

The two buttons under Your data on your profile page used to tell you to write us an email. Now they open a short form. Say what you need, send it, and you get a confirmation in your inbox straight away. Ask for a copy and we put it together and email it to you. Ask us to close your account and we check the request is really yours, then erase it. Either way it is finished within 30 days, usually much sooner, and we tell you the moment it is done. Your data is never sold and never exposed to anyone outside Sistava: inside Sistava it is only used to run your workspace and to help our own systems get better at their job.

What changed

• Request a copy of everything your account holds, or just one part of it
• Request account deletion without writing an email first
• Confirmation in your inbox the moment you ask
• Finished within 30 days, and we tell you when it is
