Book a Meeting from your Calendar

Getting an employee into a call used to mean catching it at the right moment and handing over the link while the call was already running. Now open your calendar, hit Create, and choose Meeting. Paste the Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams link, say when it starts and how long it runs, and pick who attends. The meeting sits on the calendar next to everything else you have planned, and when the time comes your employee walks in on its own. It listens, speaks when someone says its name, and writes up the summary afterwards, whether or not you are in the call yourself. That is the part worth booking in advance: a weekly client call or a standup no longer needs you present just so it gets recorded and understood. Meetings you were already invited to through your own calendar app show up on the same grid, so the week reads as one picture instead of two. Drag a meeting you booked here to a new time and your employee's arrival moves with it, because the card on the calendar is the real record rather than a copy of one. Create also places a task, a routine, or an email straight onto the day you clicked, which is what turns the calendar from somewhere you look into somewhere you plan.
