Calendar Channel, Invite Employees to Events

Calendar is now a first-class inbound channel. Drop an employee's mailbox address into the attendees field of a Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar event and they accept the invite, show up when it starts, do whatever the event is for (join the call, prep the briefing, send the doc ahead), and follow up after. Rides on the existing Mailbox channel, ICS invites land in the mailbox, get parsed, and convert into scheduled work on the employee's calendar. Works without you opening the app.

• Reuses the Mailbox plumbing, no extra setup
