Control What Your Employee Shares
Improvement · 2026-08-09
Details
Your employees keep useful organisation context while treating private, confidential, and role-restricted information with care. When someone asks across one of those boundaries, the employee says it cannot share the detail instead of making up an answer or acting as if it has forgotten. With the requester's agreement, the employee can ask the appropriate workspace member to approve one bounded disclosure. The recipient sees the proposed scope in a notification and can approve or reject it without seeing the requester’s private chat.
What changed
- Keep direct conversation context from becoming an announcement
- Ask permission before one restricted disclosure
- Approve or reject from a notification
- Limit approved answers to the stated scope
