The daily value-add heartbeat now has a safe fallback for thin profiles: research about founder/business-builder AI leverage or current AI adoption. These are topic hypotheses, not personal facts, and every finding must be verified before the employee reports it through the existing notification path. Archived tasks no longer suppress the idle fallback.
