Control how teammates delegate work

Details

Technical Settings now includes controls for delegation behavior: how many teammates a Leader Employee can hand work to at once, how many levels deep a delegation chain can go, how long a delegated teammate can work before its leader moves on, and how tolerant Employees are of repeating themselves before loop protection steps in. Each control has a safe default and adjusts within a defined range, and changes apply right away.

What changed

• Set how many teammates a leader can delegate to at the same time
• Limit how many levels deep a delegation chain can reach
• Cap how long a delegated teammate can work before timing out
• Adjust loop protection sensitivity for repeated actions
