Bookmarks: Your Own Sites, Inside Your Workspace

Click Add Bookmark at the bottom of the sidebar, paste a link, and it shows up as its own row with the site's name and icon filled in for you. The name comes from the domain rather than the page title, so a bank login page that calls itself Sign In still appears as something you recognise, and adding the same site twice numbers the second row so the two stay apart. Rename either one afterwards. Click the row and the site renders right there, inside your workspace, with no new tab to lose track of. Drag to reorder, rename or remove any of them at any time. Bookmarks are yours alone. They are separate from the apps you connect for your employees, your employees cannot use them, and your sidebar never changes what a teammate sees in theirs. It is a personal command centre rather than a shared setting somebody has to agree to. Some sites, typically anything you sign in to, block themselves from being displayed inside another app as a security measure of their own. That refusal never reaches the browser as an error anyone can catch, which is why a link like that would otherwise open a blank frame with no explanation. We check for it when you add the link, tell you upfront, and give you a one-click button that opens the site in its own tab instead. The link is also checked as a safe public address before we ever fetch it, and every redirect it follows is checked the same way.
