Episodic and Procedural Memory
New Feature · 2026-02-27
Details
Two new memory layers. Episodic memory captures recent experiences with rich context: what happened, when, with whom, and what the outcome was. Procedural memory lets employees learn from their own past work. When they successfully complete a complex task, the procedure gets encoded so they can repeat it more efficiently next time. Employees get better at their job over time.
