Fix: Finished On Time Always Showed n/a

Details

The figure only counted work that carried a deadline someone had typed in by hand, and almost nobody types one. So it read n/a for nearly every company, sitting right next to a line saying how much had just been finished, which made the panel look broken rather than empty. It now measures against the deadline your team was actually working to: the end of the sprint the work sat in. That is the real commitment in most weeks, and it is one nobody has to remember to set, because opening a sprint sets it for everything inside it. A date you set yourself still wins. Put a deadline on one specific piece of work and that is what it is judged against, sprint or no sprint. Work that belongs to no sprint and carries no date of its own has nothing to be measured against, so it stays out of the figure entirely rather than quietly counting as early. That keeps the percentage honest in the direction that matters: it can read worse than a flattering number would, and it will never read better than the truth.
