Highlight Text and Comment On It

Details

Open a file in Drive, drag across the sentence you want changed, and press Comment. Your note lands in the comment section with the passage quoted above it, so you never have to describe which paragraph you meant. The highlight stays on the text. Reopen the file next week and you can see at a glance which parts already have feedback, click a highlight to jump to its comment, or click a comment to jump back to the text. Your employee reads the quoted passage along with your note, so 'make this shorter' now has something to point at. Works on documents, notes, code, spreadsheets and Word files.
