Web Chat now has a focused view for an Apple Watch or another very small screen. Choose an employee, read the latest conversation, and send a short reply without opening the full workspace. You can also turn on wrist alerts for a workspace. They tell you that an employee has an update and take you back to the chat, while the employee's message stays private until you open it.
