Mark Up an Image, Send Your Notes Together

Open an image in Drive and click the part you want changed. A numbered pin appears and you write your note beside that number. Drag across the picture instead of clicking and you get a numbered box covering a whole area. Go round the image marking everything, one remark per mark, the way a design review works: the logo is too dark never has to explain which logo. Then press Send once. That single button is the point of it. Your employee receives the whole review as one round of feedback, reads every remark before it changes anything, and comes back with one revised version that answers all of them. Sent one at a time, you got a version that fixed your first note before it had seen the rest. The marks stay on the picture. Anyone who opens that file later sees which parts already carry feedback and what was said about each, so a second reviewer does not repeat a point you already made, and a resolved remark keeps a quieter mark instead of disappearing. Positions are held relative to the image itself, so a mark sits in the same place in the side drawer, in fullscreen, and on a phone. The marks live in the file's own comment thread, so everything a comment already does works here too: mention a person or an employee on one, or turn a remark into a tracked task in a click.
