The Open Company hub has a Team & Compensation section, and it now lists everyone behind Sistava: the founder, the people, and the AI employees, each with its role and what that role costs to run, monthly and yearly. Publishing what a role costs is unusual, and it is the point. Most of the roster is AI, so the numbers show what running a company this way actually comes to rather than leaving you to guess whether the model works at our own scale. If you are weighing up hiring AI employees for your business, our own cost sheet is a more useful answer than anything we could claim on a marketing page. The same roster appears on the About page without the cost figures, for anyone who just wants to know who is here. Open Company is the wider hub this sits in: public company information, operating metrics, financial updates, and product progress. It is open because it is easier to be trusted for a claim somebody can go and check.
