Your team leader can now hold onto a few personal preferences about you: your nickname, your work schedule, and how you like replies written, whether that's short bullets or full paragraphs. Just say it in chat and it sticks, no settings form required. Every Employee on your team then opens with your name and shapes their replies to match, and your team leader plans work around the hours you're actually online.

What changed

• Set your nickname, work schedule, and reply style just by mentioning them in chat
• Every Employee on your team addresses you and formats replies using your saved preferences
• Edit the same fields anytime from your account settings page
