Plan A Day Straight From The Calendar
Improvement · 2026-08-03
Details
Until now the calendar was somewhere you looked, not somewhere you worked. Adding anything meant leaving for the task page, setting the date by hand, then coming back and finding your day again. By the time you returned you had usually lost the thread of what you were planning. Now a day click asks what you want to add, and a task opens right there with that date already set and the employee ready to pick. Clicking something already on the calendar opens it in the same place, so you can read it, change it, reassign it, or drop it without losing your view of the week. That matters most when you are laying out several days at once. Planning is a sequence of small decisions about where things go, and every trip to another page costs you the shape of the week you were holding in your head. Doing it in place means the plan you end up with is the one you were actually making.
