Share a single file or contact, not your whole workspace

Details

Open a Drive file, Drive document, or CRM contact and share it directly with any signed-in Sistava account, including someone in a different workspace. They get a protected offer for that item only and can accept it as a private copy in one of their own workspaces. Revoking your share never deletes a copy they already accepted, and nothing about your workspace becomes visible beyond the item you chose to share.

What changed

• Share a Drive file, Drive document, or CRM contact with any existing Sistava account
• Choose a role for each person you share with, and set an expiry if you want
• Revoke access at any time without affecting a copy the recipient already accepted
