Share a single file or contact, not your whole workspace

Open a Drive file, a Drive document, or a CRM contact and share it directly with any signed-in Sistava account, including someone in a completely different workspace. Sharing by email is enough; there is no invite to your organisation attached to it, and being handed one file never makes anyone a member of your workspace. What the recipient gets is a protected page holding that item and nothing else. From there they can accept it into one of their own workspaces, which creates their own private copy rather than a live window into yours. That distinction is the whole design: an external recipient reads what you shared, and cannot walk from it into your files, your contacts, or anything else you own. You keep the controls. Choose the role for each person you share with, set an expiry if the access should not be permanent, and revoke at any time. Revoking stops further access immediately and never reaches into a copy someone already accepted, because deleting other people's records to tidy up ours would be worse than the problem it solves. Each item is shared on its own terms. A contact you shared does not carry its company or its deals with it, and a file shared from a project does not open the project. If you want someone to have two things, you share two things.
