Protect personal data automatically

You can now enable PII Protection from the Policies tab on your company dashboard. Once on, it detects and redacts emails, phone numbers, credit card numbers, social security numbers, names, IP addresses, and physical addresses in employee messages, and you choose exactly which types to watch for. It runs quietly in the background across every employee on your team, with a blocked count and recent violations so you can see what it caught.

What changed

• Enable PII Protection with one toggle on the Policies tab
• Choose which data types to detect: email, phone, name, credit card, SSN, IP address, address
• Review a blocked count and recent violations for the policy
