Put a Waiting Message at the Front

Details
While an employee is working you can keep typing, and each message waits its turn in a list above the writing box. Until now they went out strictly in the order you wrote them, so a fifth thought that turned out to be the important one sat behind four others, and the only way to move it up was to cancel the rest and type them again. Now every waiting message has an arrow that jumps it straight to the front, and on a computer you can grab a message by its handle and drop it anywhere in the list. The order you see is the order it sends, and you can change it right up to the moment the employee picks the next one up. The X is still there when a waiting message should not go at all: it pulls the text and any files back into the box so you can rewrite it.
What changed
- Jump any waiting message to the front with one click
- Drag a message by its handle to put the list in any order
- Works while the employee is still busy on the current message
- Cancel still returns the message and its files to the writing box
