Recurring Tasks Are Now Routines

A recurring task could only do one thing: come back, filling your board with rhythms instead of real work. Now there are two clear things: a task happens once and lives on the board, a routine is a rhythm with its own instructions and its own cadence. You give it any cadence you like, richer instructions than a card title, it reports what it did straight into your chat, and it keeps its own run history so you can see at a glance whether it is still working. When a routine turns up something worth showing, it still raises a card for it, so nothing important disappears from view. Everything you had repeating is already a routine, on the same schedule, with the same person on it.
What changed
- A task happens once, a routine repeats, richer instructions than a card title
- Its own run history, so you can see it is still working
- Reports into your chat when it runs, and still raises a card when you're needed
- Everything you had repeating moved across automatically
