Content opens beside CRM in the company workspace, and it exists because drafts otherwise live in a notes app, a half finished document, and a chat message to whoever should review them. That is how good drafts quietly go missing. What it does today is give social drafts a home. Saved LinkedIn and X posts render as real platform cards rather than plain text in a list, so you read a draft the way a follower will see it, line breaks and truncation included, and you can flip one saved draft between its LinkedIn and X previews to check it survives both. It also makes the direction visible rather than hiding it. Articles, presentations and flyers are listed in the workspace now and become available as each editing flow arrives. That is deliberate: a roadmap you can see beats a menu that silently grows, and it lets you tell what this workspace is for before every format is finished. Nothing here publishes on its own. Content is where company work gets created and reviewed before it goes anywhere.
