Share Drive Resources With Your Team

Drive resources can now be shared deliberately instead of relying on broad workspace visibility. Choose a person, select their access level, and share the file from the Resource Access panel. You can also control general access for the resource, copy an internal link, and remove access later. Sharing stays scoped to your organization, and recipients receive an in-app notification.
