Two memory capabilities shipped today. Shared memory lets employees pass knowledge to each other. When one employee learns something about a client, project, or process, other employees on the same team can access it. Adaptive memory automatically detects and corrects outdated facts. If a client changes their email or a project deadline shifts, the memory system self-corrects based on new conversations.
