A Simpler Workspace Navigation

The workspace sidebar now follows the way people actually use the product rather than the way the product is built. It reads as four bands, in the order a day tends to go. Daily work sits at the top: chat, your tasks, your files, your calendar, your customers, your mail. Underneath it is everything to do with configuring your AI workforce, the tools they can use, what they know, and who you have hired. Below that are the dashboards you check rather than work in, and at the bottom your own profile and account settings. The reason to separate them is that they are used at completely different rates. You open the top band many times a day and the bottom two a handful of times a month, so mixing a settings page into the same list as your task board makes both harder to hit. Chat remains the default entry point, because that is where most days start. Nothing was removed or renamed away. Everything that was in the sidebar is still in the sidebar, grouped by how often you reach for it.
