Sprints, Rebuilt Around One Goal

Improvement · 2026-08-05

Details

A sprint is now a simple thing: a named stretch of work with one goal you agree together. Your team lead can start one when the work is worth naming, keep it pointed at the right outcome, and close it with an honest account of what landed and what did not. Sprints are optional. Plenty of good weeks are just a board worked in order, and your team will not push you into a sprint you did not ask for. Once a week, if there is something worth deciding, your lead will raise it with you: what the next stretch should aim at, or how the last one went. Goals are editable again, and the dashboard now matches what is actually running.
