Pick Article, Presentation, or Flyer in Content and you get that format on screen: an article page with its cover and headline, a title slide with the deck behind it, or a poster with its main visual and headline. Type the headline where the headline goes and describe the rest underneath. For an article that means the topic, the audience, the angle, and the points that matter. It stays a short brief, not an editor. Two fields and a format choice, because the job of this card is to get the request right, not to make you lay anything out. An article can come back as Markdown, a Word document, or a PDF. Whatever you typed survives closing the card, so a stray click never costs you the brief. Hit Create with AI and the employee you picked takes it from there, with the headline, your description, and the format already in hand, then builds the real file: a document, a deck, or a printable PDF. It comes back through chat and lands in your Drive, where you can read it, comment on the exact passage you want changed, and ask for a revision. One thing to be clear about: these longer formats are creators, not managed cards. Unlike a social post, an article or a flyer does not get its own review and approval lane in Content yet. It arrives as a finished file for you to check.
