Drive Storage Counter Goes Honest

The Drive header storage counter used to mix monthly chat throughput with training uploads and ignored everything your agents produced. Today it switches to an at-rest count: the sum of every file your tenant has on disk, refreshed live whenever a file is added or deleted. Hover shows the split between files you uploaded and files the agents generated (screenshots, images, exports). The number shrinks when you delete files and reconciles itself every Monday so it cannot drift. Reads are a single column lookup, so the Drive page loads at the same speed even on tenants with thousands of files.

What changed

• Counter is at-rest bytes, not a monthly throughput estimate
• Hover shows uploaded vs agent-generated breakdown
• Includes screenshots, generated images, and exports the agent produces
• Training files now also surface in your Drive view
• Weekly Celery reconcile catches any drift
