The third leg of the training story is live. Alongside training from URLs and training from files, you can now connect a full app, Notion, Google Drive, Slack, Confluence, Linear, and 35+ more, and the platform ingests every document inside it. Files, pages, threads, and tickets flow into a shared knowledge graph that every employee references. Training runs in the background and never interrupts active conversations, and re-syncs pull in new content automatically.
