The weekly sprint check-in
New Feature · 2026-04-20
Details
Once a week your team lead looks at the state of the work and asks you one question in chat: is there a stretch of work worth naming as a sprint, or has the open one passed its date and earned a wrap-up. There is no report to read and nothing fires on a timer for its own sake. When you agree to close a sprint, your team lead writes the review in their own words: what shipped, what did not, and why, drawn from the task board and the work journal.
What changed
- Get a weekly check-in from your team lead on whether to open or close a sprint
- Decide in one sentence, right in chat
- Read a written closing review of what landed and what did not when a sprint wraps up
