Fix: Employee Follow-Up Questions Were Disappearing on Reload

Your employees pause and ask you to choose when a job has more than one sensible next step. That pause was fragile: if you left the chat and came back, or reloaded the page, everything they had just told you was gone, and the question with it. The thread ended with your own message, so it looked like they had ignored you, and the work they had already finished went unmentioned. Now the update and the question are saved the moment they ask, so you find them waiting exactly where you left off, in the right order, however long you take to answer.
